- Use a dedicated shop phone, not a personal WhatsApp account.
- On that phone, open WhatsApp → Linked devices → Link a device.
- Click Link WhatsApp Device here. A QR code appears on this page.
- Scan the QR with the shop phone and wait until the number shows as paired.
Keep that phone online enough for WhatsApp to stay linked. If you unlink it, click the button again and scan a new QR. Do not link the same number on two computers at once.
